This Privacy Policy explains how Avarice S.r.l. (“we”, “us”) handles information
when you use X-Icon Editor (the “Service”), available at this website.

Images you work with
You draw your icons directly in your browser, but the final file is built on our server. Images you import to crop or
edit, and the icon you draw, are sent to our server, stored only temporarily while the .ICO file is generated, and then
automatically deleted. We do not require an account, we do not keep your images, and we do not use them for any purpose
other than producing the icon you asked for.
Cookies and similar technologies
Like most websites, we use cookies to keep the site running smoothly and to understand how it is used. Cookies are small
text files stored on your device. We use them for:
- Essential functionality — keeping the editor working correctly during your session.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage patterns, such as which pages
are visited and roughly where visitors come from.
- Advertising — we may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to
serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites.

What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information, we do not require registration to use the editor, and we do not keep the
images you import or design: they are automatically deleted from our server after your .ICO has been generated.
Legal basis
- Generating your icon — processing the images you send is necessary to provide the Service
you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Analytics and advertising cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Essential cookies do
not require consent.
Your cookie choices
Visitors from the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent banner on their first visit. Until
you make a choice, analytics and advertising cookies are not used; if you decline, you can still use the editor, and
only non-personalized ads may be shown. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the privacy
settings link provided by the consent banner, or by deleting this site’s cookies in your browser.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object
to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of
processing carried out before withdrawal. To exercise these rights, or for more information on how we handle personal

the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority
(Garante per la protezione dei dati personali)
or with the supervisory authority of your country.
Children’s privacy
X-Icon Editor is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
